General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

  Well equipped condo in well kept up and well functioning facilities right on the beach. We especially enjoyed our lanai both mornings and nights. Some street noice is inescapable but the rule of quiet night hours seem to be followed by the renters.

  Had a great stay at Maui Sunset. Everything was clean and appointed well. The staff on site was wonderful and very accommodating. We had an issue with the A/C and maintenance came right away and fixed our issue. Would recommend anyone to stay at Maui Sunset.

  I've done a lot of traveling and by far for the price Maui Sunset was the best place I've stayed in. they keep the place looking beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. The rooms have alot of room and a balcony and table for a morning breakfast if wanted. Everything is close to you also. this is the kind of place you will tell yourself, I could live here.

  It is the best. We love it here. We spend a month here every year in the fall in a time share we own We decided to come for an extra two weeks this spring and rent a unit. The rental company was really helpful. There were uncharacteristically a few glitches in the rental unit when we arrived, but Ed from Maintenance is always incredibly responsive and helpful. The new addition of music one afternoon a week, in the beautiful courtyard behind the pool, is such a welcome new idea. So much fun. Best pool in a condo complex on the island. The grounds are immaculate and so beautiful.

  Amazing place but We stayed in two units and both had bug problems. One had tiny ants in the kitchen and the other a fly infestation. The cleaning woman made up lies and dramatically mislead a situation was not our fault and then we were made to feel badly about it by the rental team.
